Christopher Moody
singer-songwriter
Christopher Moody is a singer-songwriter originally from and currently based in South Florida. His music is a blend of pop-rock and indie-folk sounds, largely inspired by artists such as John Mayer, Lizzy McAlpine, and Rex Orange County. Christopher puts strong emphasis on his lyrical storytelling through his music as well as instrumentation, being a well versed musician in multiple instruments such as guitar, piano, and drums. Christopher currently studies at Boston Conservatory at Berklee where he is pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre.
Christopher’s journey as a musician blossomed out of his love for musical theatre. Being a student of theatre and choir, Christopher developed a strong desire and ability to resonate with audiences, which has transitioned into his music and stage presence as a performer. Additionally, Christopher has had the ability to perform in renowned venues, including Carnegie Hall, Broadway’s Minskoff Theatre, New York’s 54 Below, and the Straz Center in Tampa, Florida. Through his performance experience, Christopher has found a unique lens into audiences that has given him a sense of comfortability, confidence, and charisma on stage.
Christopher has released two singles to date, and is currently in the process of recording his debut album, which he hopes to release in the summer of 2025. He is eager to gain the attention of audiences and perform on a non-stop basis.
